My name is Vladan Nikolic, founder of Effecta Consulting. I have been helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and key employees improve their businesses for quite a while. My active involvement in the business sector now exceeds 25 years. These are years of groundwork, on-the-line performances, real challenges, and real-life experiences.

I am doing it to explain my standpoint, perspectives, background, and business philosophy. I am a professional accountant, business & results coach and consultant. I have been trained (formally) in the economics and accounting field for more than 15 years in all aspects of business, management and finance. I have helped numerous SMEs, their key employees, and executives achieve their goals and objectives.
